Sarah is committed to helping people understand the impact their diet has on their health and will help them take small steps to change their eating habits and improve their diet.

Sarah does not take a ‘one fits all’ approach, but sees everyone as an individual and helps them get the results they want through a variety of methods – the one that suits them best. This may involve tailor made diet plans, lifestyle changes and simple advice on exercise.

Most of us know what to do to make our diet more healthy – it’s putting it into practice that’s the hard bit!

Every client can be guaranteed they will receive unbiased advice based on accurate scientific information, but simply translated into real food.
